OpenFran is now out of Beta and does not require you to establish an account in order to download documents. However, if you wish to keep informed on OpenFran developments, we suggest that you complete the simple account form below. OpenFran plans to beta test multiple power tools and features in the future. Since we will need to solicit user feedback and bug testing, access to these tools and features will be available only to those users with accounts.
